White Star Dust Glitter

Instructions:
1.Prepare your nails with base color (White & Black recommended but not required).
2.Apply the UV top coat (DO NOT CURE IT) and then put the glitters onto your nails.
3. GENTLY flatten the surface of your nail.
3.Cure it under UV lamp and remove the extra glitter.
4. Seal with UV top coat for a longer lasting.
