Instructions How to Use:
1. Apply base coat and cure
2. Apply two layers base color gel you like and cure twice (different color different effect)
3. Apply no-wipe top coat and cure (Note: curing 20~30 seconds)
4. Use the magic power pen on the surface of topcoat evenly, then rub the nail surface repeatedly.
5. Remove the extra powder.
6. Apply no-wipe topcoat and cure.
