Strong mirror effect under strong light.
Instructions How to use:
1. Prepare your nails with Base Coat and Gel Polish.
2. Apply No-wipe UV TOP COAT; cure it under UV lamp or LED lamp until it is totally dry.
3. Use eye shadow stick to pick the powder and burnish it onto your nails
4. Repeat the step 2&3 until you're satisfied with the effect.
5. Seal it with UV TOP COAT, and cure it under UV/LED lamp.
