Before apply Venalisa 9d cat eyes gel polish, you should brush one layer black or dark layer color gel polish and cured by nail lamp
Special magnetic plate should be use which we can supply at extra cost

Instructions how to use:
1) Wash hands, wipe nail and remove cuticle
2) Brush a thin layer of primer gel, and wait for 1 minutes
2) Brush a thin layer of base coat, curing 1-2 min
3) Brush a thin layer of black or dark color UV gel nail polish, curing 1-2 min
4) Brush a layer Velalisa 9d cat eyes gel polish, use magnetic plate to make design, then curing by nail lamp.
5) Brush a layer of Top coat, curing 3 min
6) Wipe nail surface with cleanser to get perfect shining

If LED Lamp is used, the curing time should be 30-60 seconds per time.
